Spencer Jaffe is a Principal at Red Iron Group.

Previously, Spencer led corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions at Fidelity National Financial. At Fidelity, Spencer implemented value creation frameworks across numerous investments, accelerating revenue growth, improving operating margin and executing strategic M&A. Prior to Fidelity, he held roles at Glenview Capital, Searchlight Capital Partners, and Lazard Freres.

Spencer received an AB in economics from Brown University.
