Serinna Lau is an Operating Director and Head of Talent at Red Iron Group.
Serinna leads talent strategy across Red Iron Group and its investments, partnering closely with portfolio company executive teams to drive value building in the areas of talent acquisition capabilities and human capital management. Her work spans the full investment lifecycle, with a focus on building and strengthening talent pipelines. This includes pre-deal executive network development and talent diligence, post-deal board and executive recruitment, compensation benchmarking, and leadership development to support scalable growth.
Prior to joining Red Iron Group, Serinna served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Gryphon Investors, a San Francisco-based middle-market private equity firm, where she led executive network building for thesis development, deal diligence and board formation. Previously, Serinna was at executive search firm, Spencer Stuart, where she conducted over 250 board director and executive searches as a core member of the firm’s board, consumer technology and financial services practices in North America and Asia Pacific. Earlier in her career, she was at the Hong Kong Business Environment Council, where she evaluated and advised blue-chip companies on their ESG and sustainability efforts.
Serinna received a BS in Environmental Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
