Matthew is a Principal who joined Red Iron Group prior to the launch of its inaugural fund.

Previously, Matthew was a Vice President at Accel-KKR, where he originated and worked on investments across software and technology enabled services. Prior to Accel-KKR, Matthew worked as an investment professional at H.I.G. Capital. Before H.I.G., Matthew was an Associate at Arbor Advisors, a boutique technology-focused investment bank.

Matthew’s current board seats with Red Iron Group include: Charter Impact, Graphite Financial Group, and Hiline Services.

Matthew earned a BA in Philosophy from Columbia University, an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MPA from the Kennedy School at Harvard University, and a PGDip in Diplomatic Studies from Oxford University.
